The process is simple - you send in your photos to be scanned. Just include a note saying you'd like a slideshow, which format you'd prefer, and what it should be called. We'll do the rest.

Image format and quality?Your slideshow will be oriented to suit a modern widescreen TV.
It will be in HD, at 720p. -
Slideshow plus ScanningIf you send us your photos to scan and would like us to create a slideshow for you the total cost will reflect scanning and the slideshow service.
As an example, if you sent in 200 photos from which we create a slide show, the total cost would be £29-99. We can also supply additional copies of the DVD with your slide show for £2-50 per copy. -
How is my slideshow delivered?It will be a on a DVD, which can be played in a domestic DVD player or a computer.

Elapsed Time for SlideshowsThe key factor determining the length of your slideshow is the number of images. As a rough guide each image will display for around 5 seconds.
Choice of format is the second determining factor. The album and folding styles show several images per frame so you may prefer this if you have a larger number of images. -
Image OrientationYour photos will be scanned and turned the right way round, we'll do that for you.
As you'll have seen from the sample slideshows, we can add interest by slightly rotating the images. -
Colour? Black & White?We can scan both colour and monochrome images for both slideshows and scanning.

Image SizesAs with scanning, we can build a slideshow using any size image up to A4 size.

Image OrderingIf you need the images to be in a specific order you need to tell us, and you need to supply the images in that order. We'll do our best to follow that order but for technical reasons we can't guarantee exact ordering.

ScanningOur service starts with us scanning your photos, this gives us the digital images which are the building blocks for your slideshow. We can also scan additional items such as documents.

Background music?Yes, we'll include background music.
For copyright reasons we can't add just any track, and we can't add specific tracks. You can adjust the sound using the usual video controls; or mute it entirely. At the end of the track it will loop back round to play again so you'll have music throughout the slideshow. -
What do you need me to tell you?Simply what you'd like the slideshow to be called. Dates and places are helpful; or the event ("Our Wedding"); names add personalisation ("Sue & John's Wedding").
Remember, the text you supply will be on show for around 5 seconds, so not too many words. -
How many photos in a slideshow?Up to 200. More images and the show will probably seem to drag to the viewers. If you need more images displayed please contact us.
